Sustainable Green Print
Eureka have recently become an Accredited Level 2 Certified Sustainable Green Printer,
which has been achieved by adopting new technologies and processes.
Eureka Printers are conscious of the impact of our use of the earth’s natural resources and understand that we have a responsibility to continually strive for world’s best practice in environmental management.
Our team have been educated to reuse, recycle and renew wherever possible, to help reduce our footprint and maintain the planet’s sustainability.
We participate in a monitored and audited recycling program, including the recycling of all waste paper, cardboard, aluminium plates, wooden pallets, chemical drums, toner cartridges and plastics.
Through investment in technology, we no longer use film, chemicals or water in our plate making process, we use vegetable based inks where possible and have reduced the use of isopropyl alcohol in our presses.
Our plant has also been upgraded to use 90% LED lighting to help us reduce our power consumption, and we encourage our clients to use recycled and FSC approved paper .
